影响南京高校男生参与健美操锻炼的原因与对策研究

The Causes and Countermeasures about Affecting the Participation of Nanjing University Calisthenics Boys

健美操是一项集体操、舞蹈、音乐、健身、娱乐于一体的体育项目,既具备一般体育项目的健身、竟技价值,又具有独特的艺术魅力和观赏价值。是一项男女老少都适宜的健身项目,但是目前在南京高校中,参与健美操锻炼的对象主要是女生,这与推广和普及健美操运动的初衷是相悖的。因此,本文针对这一现象,运用文献资料、问卷调查、访问和数据统计等研究方法,分析了南京高校男生健美操锻炼的现状、影响男生参加健美操锻炼的原因,得出:南京高校大部分男生由于从众心理的影响不参加健美操锻炼。提出采取措施避免从众的负面效应,合理运用大学生的积极从众心理,反向引导男生投入到健美操锻炼中来的对策。

Aerobics is a sport with the characteristic of gymnastics, dance, music, fitness, and entertainment, having not only the value of fitness and competition but also the value of unique artistic charm and display. Aerobics is a fitness project for every, body; however, now in Nanjing the college students participating in the exercise are primarily female students and rarely male students, which is contrary to the original intention of promoting and popularizing aerobics movement. Therefore, in view of the phenomenon that much less college boys than girls participate in aerobics exercise in Nanjing, through applying literature, surveys, interviewing experts and statistical data, the thesis analyzes the current situation of male college students＇ participating in aerobics exercise, the motives of learning aerobics and the influence on their participating. The conclusion is： the influence of psychology of conformity, rare male college students participate in aerobics exercise. According to the above, some positive countermeasures are proposed： measures should be taken to get rid of the negative influence of following the crowd, taking advantage of the psychology of following the crowd, display it ＂s positive effect to attract the male student to participate in the aerobics actively ;adopt the measure to expand the influence of the aerobics , making it known and studied by everybody.
