高校青年体育教师专业成长困境及对策——基于江苏省南京市仙林大学城11所高校调研思考

Research on the Problems and Solutions of the young Physical education Teachers' Professional Development In Colleges and Universities

通过对高校青年体育教师专业成长的现状分析与综合发现,目前存在着教学负担重、教研条件差、科研环境差、培训和学习机会少、校本教研没有落实等困境。针对此,本研究在分析青年体育教师自身特点及所处环境特点的基础上,从专业成长的外部环境与青年教师自身主观努力两方面提出青年体育教师专业成长的有效途径和策略。

Through on the analysis of the current situation of the teachers＇ professional development , which is found that at present the young physical education teachers are facing the following difficulties ： heavy teaching burdens,poor research conditions, the flaw of the idea/faith,the lack of training and study opportunity, the lack of effective researching management, the deficiency of humanities concern and so on. In view of this,based on the analysis of the characteristics of the young teachers and the surroundings, this research proposes the effective approaches and strategy for the growth of the young physical education teachers from two aspects：the external environment and their own subjective diligent.
