江苏省健身服务场所从业人员资质的调查研究——以南京为例

Fitness and Service Establishments and Employees in Qualified Research of Jiangsu Province——Nanjing as an Example

本文通过对南京十多家健身场馆从业人员资质现状进行调查分析,发现健身指导从业人员资质参差不齐,取得职业资格证书渠道多种,教练员所持证书多样,健身场馆对健身指导从业人员资质要求不一,对健身从业人员的培训也不够系统等问题,并针对健身从业人员的资质管理提出建议与对策。

By Research and Analyses on coach ＇ s qualification in the dozens of Sport Fitness clubs in Nanjing, it appears that coaches＇ qualification are uneven and has a variety of channels to get a varied certification. In the Sport Fitness clubs it has different requirements on the qualification of coaches and unsystematic training, so this article gives some advice on management of coach＇ s qualification.
