摘要
采用心理量表(PSPP和POMS)测量的方式研究长期的羽毛球锻炼对中老年人的心境和身体自尊的影响。结果:锻炼组的心境状况明显好于对照组,7个因子中除紧张因子外其余的6个因子与对照组相比均存在显著性差异(P<0.05);锻炼组的身体自尊水平明显高于对照组,各因子与对照组相比均存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:长期坚持羽毛球锻炼可显著改善中老年人的情绪状态,提高他们的心理健康水平。
This study is focused on the effects of long - term bad- minton training on the mental state and self - physical esteem among milder and old aged people, by the using of PSPP and POMS . The result: scores of the mental state is significantly higher in training group than that of control , and 6 out of the 7 factors , except for the factor of tension in the questionnaire have the significant difference respectively , when compared with the control group (P 〈 0.05) ; In addition the level of self - physical esteem in training group is significantly higher than that of control, and all the factors in the questionnaire have the significant difference ,when compared with the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : long - term badminton training is able to significantly improve the mood and mental health level among milder and old aged people.
