摘要
目的探讨子宫内膜癌组织中COX-2表达及微血管密度(MVD)与子宫内膜癌预后的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测60例子宫内膜癌组织中COX-2表达及MVD值,分析其与预后的关系。结果Kaplan-Meier曲线法生存分析结果显示,COX-2阳性表达者生存率较COX-2阴性表达者降低(P<0.05);MVD≥35者生存率较MVD<35者明显降低(P<0.05)。COX回归分析结果显示,COX-2、MVD、手术病理分期、组织分化级别、肌层浸润深度均是子宫内膜癌的独立预后因素。结论COX-2阳性表达及高水平MVD者预后较COX-2阴性表达及低水平MVD者预后差,COX-2和MVD均是子宫内膜癌的独立预后因素。
Objective To explore the relationships between expression of COX-2,MVD and the prognosis of patients with endometrial carcinoma.Methods COX-2 expression in endometrial carcinoma tissue were detected by SP immunohistochemical method in 60 patients.The relationships between COX-2 expression,MVD and prognosis were analyzed.Results Kaplan-Meier survival analysis showed that survival rate in patients with COX-2 positive was significantly lower than that with COX-2 negative(P〈0.05);survival rate in patients with MVD≥35 was significantly lower than that with with MVD〈35(P〈0.05).COX regression analysis showed that COX-2,MVD,Histological differentiation,oporation stage metastasis of lymphnode,myometrial invation were the independent prognostic factors for endometrial carcinoma.Conclusion High expression of COX-2 and high level of MVD are associated with poor survival of patients with endometrial carcinoma.COX-2 and MVD are one of independent prognostic factors for endometrial carcinoma.
