LEEP刀治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变108例分析

Analysis of 108 Cases of Cervical Intraepithelial Neoplasia Treated with Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure

目的探讨LEEP刀治疗宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)的临床疗效。方法108例CIN患者均行LEEP术。术后随访6个月,采用宫颈液基细胞薄层制片(TCT)全程随访。结果阴道镜下活检病理诊断与最后诊断的符合率为56.5%(61/108),升级率为4.6%(5/108),降级率为38.9%(42/108),108例患者术后6个月细胞学复查转阴率为100.0%。结论LEEP刀治疗CIN疗效好,是一种理想的CIN诊断、治疗手段。

Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of loop electrosurgical excision procedure（LEEP）on the treatment of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia（CIN）.Methods 108 patients with CIN diagnosed by vaginoscope biopsy underwent LEEP operation and were followed up by thinprep cytologic test（TCT）for 6 months.Results Among 108 cases,61 colposcopic biopsy cases（56.5%）had the same histopathology with LEEP biopsies and 5 LEEP biopsies（4.6%）had more severe histopathology than colposcopic biopsies.The most severe histopathological report of the other 42 cases（38.9%）were from colposcopic biopsies.All patients were reexaminated six months after operation,all the patients（100.0%）showed normal appearance.Conclusion LEEP treatment of CIN has a high success ratio,and it is an effective method in diagnosing and curing CIN.
