经皮椎体成型术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折33例 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨经皮椎体成型术治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的临床疗效。方法33例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者均行经皮椎体成型术治疗。并对33例患者术后应用国际通用疼痛目测分级评分法(VAS)进行评分,观察术后并发症的情况。结果33例患者中,缓解明显31例,缓解不明显2例。术后2例患者骨水泥渗漏到椎体前方,进入前纵韧带下方,但患者没有表现任何不适。术后1个月VAS评分为0~2.18分,平均2.0分。术后未发生神经根、脊髓损伤、肺栓塞等并发症。结论经皮椎体成型术能有效缓解骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折引起的疼痛,维持椎体稳定性,是一种治疗骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折的有效方法。
