摘要
管理制度、管理理念及员工归属感的差异,使得海峡两岸企业内部存在着明显的亚文化冲突。运用霍夫斯特德"文化维度理论"对冲突原因进行分析,并提出企业通过促使管理人员本土化及开展企业文化培训两种方法,解决大陆台企的企业文化管理问题。
The differences in management system, management philosophy and employees'sense of belonging cause clear-cut sub-cultural conflicts between cross-strait enterprises. Based on Geert Hofestede's Theory of Cultural Dimensions', the author condueted in-depth studies into reasons of conflicts and put forward two solutions as localizing the managing staff and enhancing training on corporate culture so as to tackle the issues related to corporate culture management in Taiwan-funded enterprises in China's Mainland.
