有Jaccoud关节病表现的银屑病性关节炎个案报告及文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 Jaccoud关节病首先在1896年由Bywaters在风湿热患者中描述，是一种具有特征性的多发性关节半脱位畸形而功能保持良好的非侵蚀性关节病，受累关节多为手、足小关节，踝、膝、肘、肩等大关节少见。掌指关节半脱位引起的尺侧偏斜常为首发症状，晚期可出现天鹅颈／钮孔状和Z字形畸形。
