摘要 Adaptor protein containing PH domain,PTB domain and leucine zipper motif 1(APPL1)是一种具有多个功能结构域的细胞内转接蛋白,包含PH结构域、PTB结构域以及亮氨酸拉链基序。研究发现,APPL1可与多个蛋白结合,参与细胞内多条信号转导通路,与前列腺癌、结肠癌、神经系统相关疾病以及排卵等过程有关。
