摘要 当前,国家精品课程建设已由前期的探索实践、经验积累阶段进入到对课程建设的深化认识、规律性把握的"后精品课程建设时代"。"后精品课程建设时代"要求高职院校坚持"以工作过程为导向"的课程开发设计理念,加强专兼结合的双师结构教师队伍建设,畅通精品课程资源共建共享渠道,完善精品课程后续建设的管理激励机制,从而真正发挥精品课程的作用,提高高职教育质量。 Nowadays, national excellent construction has developed from early exploration and practice period, experiences accumulation period to the'post excellent curriculum construction era'that have profound cognition and refine principles to curriculum construction. The 'post excellent curriculum construction era' require that, higher vocational schools should persist in working process-oriented curriculum development view, strengthen the construction of dual-qualification structure teaching staff comprised of full time teachers and part time teachers, smooth the co-construction and sharing approaches of excellent curriculum resources, optimize management inspiration mechanism for continuous construction of excellent courses to fully take advantage the role of excellent courses and enhance teaching quality of higher vocational education broadly.
