西北地区共享型实训基地建设与管理的实践——以宁夏职业教育实验实训基地为例

Practice of Construction and Management of Sharing Practice Training Base in Northeast Region ——The Case of Vocational Education Experiment and Practice Training Base of Ningxia

宁夏工商职业技术学院在借鉴发达省区经验的基础上,由政府、企业、学校合作建设西北区域共享型实训基地,基地具有教学、培训、生产、产品开发与技术创新功能。基地主要采用政府专项投资和学校配套经费建设、校企合作共建及校际联建共享三种模式。同时,建立工学结合的管理体制,注重吸收企业代表参与实训基地管理,引入企业的部分管理体制和规章制度,渗透企业优秀文化。

Ningxia Vocational and Technical College of Commerce and Industry has built the sharing practice training base for northeast region cooperated with government and enterprises by referring experiences of developed regions, and the base has the functions of teaching, training, production, products development and technology innovation. The base mainly adopted three models: special investment of government and school matching funds, cooperation of school and enterprises and co-construction and sharing with other schools. At the same time, the management mechanism of cooperation of industry and learning was built, enterprise representatives were integrated to participate in the management of practice training base, some management mechanisms and regulations of enterprises were introduced,etc.
