摘要
医学专科教育的人才培养模式和培养定位是凝炼办学特色的关键性因素。找准与区域经济发展需要的契合点,按照基层医院需要的人才培养规格,通过灵活多元的途径开展育人工作、推动学生就业,从而实现校院融合、双赢互动,这种做法对于推行教育创新,实现学校又好又快发展具有积极意义。
The talent cultivation model and cultivation orientation of medical college education is key for refining school-running characteristics. Grasping rightly the combination point to regional economic development, according to the talent standard demanded by hospitals, developing educational work and boosting employment of students by flexible and various approaches to achieve integration and dual-win of school with hospital, which has significant meaning to boost educational innovation and achieve rapid and healthy development of schools.
