基于Cimatron的数控铣编程中进刀方式的选择

Selection of Feeding Mode in Programming of Numerical Control Milling Based on Cimatron

对Cimatron软件在数控铣床加工中自动编程的五种进刀方式进行了介绍,实例分析二种垂直进刀方式和一种螺旋进刀方式的设置方法和优缺点,提出各自的优化方案。

In this paper, five feeding models of automatic programming of Cimatron software in NC miller process are introduced. By using cases, this paper analyzes setting method and merits and drawbacks of two vertical knife input models and a spiral knife input model, and furthermore, gives their optimization schemes, respectively.
