血压测量方法中常见的一种不规范操作浅议

在临床护理工作中准确测量血压对高血压的诊断、分类、评价与血压相关的危险以及指导治疗都是十分重要的。然而一些影响血压测量数据准确性的因素往往被忽视。本文就测量血压时将听诊器胸件置于袖带内进行测量这一不规范的操作,进行了对比试验。结果表明用这种常见不规范操作所测得的血压数值明显偏低,这样对患者的病情诊断往往不能提供准确的数据而影响疾病治疗。

The precision measurement of blood pressure is very important to diagnosis, classification, evaluation of hypertension as well as the risks and guiding treatment associated with blood pressure in clinical nursing work. However, some factors influencing the precision of blood pressure measurement are often neglected. Contrasts and test between standard and non-standard operation which put stethoscope chest pieces in cuff when blood pressure measurement show that using this common non-standard operation, measurement values are significantly lower, by which precision data always cannot be provided for diagnosis and treatment is affected.
