摘要
采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对自行研制的环氧胶黏剂进行了固化反应动力学研究,采用Kissinger微分法对DSC曲线进行处理,求得了体系的固化反应活化能,通过Crane方程得到反应级数为0.891,表明体系的固化反应是一个复杂反应,另外促进剂的加入加速固化反应并降低了反应的活化能;通过动力学数据的分析可知温度每升高10℃,反应速率提高约1倍。另外水工室外应用条件复杂,气温变化大,通过胶黏剂动力学参数与适用期数据的分析,提出了施工中材料适用期的确定方法。
The curing kinetics of the epoxy resin adhesive for concrete preparing,which was produced by Department of Structure and Materials of IWHR,was studied by applying the differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).The DSC curves have been treated with Kissinger method and Crane equation.The result is that the apparent activation energy E_k=55.2kJ/mol and the reaction order is 0.891,which indicate the reaction is a complex one.The addition of curing accelerant can accelerate the reaction and reduce the apparent activation energy.The speed of reaction would increase about 100% when the temperature rise per 10℃.Considering the complicate condition and big variation of temperature outdoor,the authors put forward a method for determining the pot time of the materials in construction.
