国内核电厂安全壳地坑滤网设计改进考虑 被引量:4

摘要 在冷却剂丧失事故(LOCA)工况下核电厂安全壳地坑滤网堵塞问题已是核能界广泛关注的核安全问题,国内核安全监管部门和核电厂营运单位正积极推动该问题的解决。本文介绍了国内核电厂安全壳地坑滤网设计改进工作的进展情况,从审评人员的角度说明了对解决该问题所持的态度及相应的监管要求,并阐述对国内相关核电厂逐步开展该项工作的总体设想。 The blockage issue of recirculation sump screens of nuclear power plant (NPP) after a loss-of-coolant accident (LOCA) is paid much attention to by nuclear energy community. Chinese nuclear safety regulatory authority and licensees are promoting the solution of the issue actively. This paper describes the status of NPPs recirculation sump screens design improvement in China, and provides the attitude toward the issue and regulatory requirements from the view of reviewers. This paper also presents the general imagination of implementing the recirculation sump screens design improvement step by step in the national wide related NPPs.
