企业、政府和非政府组织在TVET中的作用研究(一)

摘要因为对如下两个方面的清楚认识：一个是坚实的存在，另一个是有待填补的空白，我们进行了下面的研究：现在．发展中国家已经深刻认识到，只有培训体系与企业需求相适应，其才能得到发展。也有越来越多不同类型和规模的企业，或者以公众消费者的身份，或者以私立培训机构的身份，或者以他们自己内部员工技能发展主办方的身份，更直接地进入培训提供者领域。同时，关于基于企业培训的研究及对企业培训经验进行归纳的文章现在还非常少：
