从管理角度,分析了华南地区医用Ⅰ类放射源治疗装置的运行现状,指出在辐射安全与防护方面存在持证率低、放射源活度与辐射安全许可证不符、放射源退役渠道不畅等主要问题,并提出了相应的意见和建议。
