Problems are comprehensively analyzed of vocational education in Guangdong during industrial restructuring, the implementation of the ＂ double shift＂ strategy and the process of establishing a modem industrial system. Based on the analysis a series of countermeasures are put forward such as rational distribution, establishment of vocational education system and innovation of personnel training mode, etc.
