摘要
针对大学生就业困难和基层缺乏创新人才的社会矛盾问题,提出高职教育在缓和矛盾中的作用,即实施素质教育培养基层创新人才。摈除对"创新人才"高不可攀抽象概念的偏见,借鉴日本"现场主义"哲学,在高职院校开设创造技法课程,创新实训教学模式并加强知识产权教育,以培养基层创新人才。
Difficulties in finding jobs for college students and the lack of grassroots innovative talents were social contradiction. The higher vocational education could ease the contradictions through quality education focusing on training grass-roots innovators, such as getting rid of the "creative talents" unattainable abstraction bias, drawing on Japan's "live" philosophy, in the higher vocational colleges setting up courses to create techniques and innovating practical teaching model and strengthening of intellectual property education in order to foster grass-roots innovators.
