摘要
提出一种基于聚类分析理论的白车身装焊误差源诊断方法,并完成了程序实现.该方法可较全面和准确地捕捉到车身覆盖件误差的联动性,并将其显示到车身模型上,通过观察这种联动性可方便有效的诊断误差源,与目前通用的相关分析方法相比,该方法具有明显的先进性和实用性.
This article presents a method based on clustering analysis theory for body-in-white assembly, and the program is completed based on it. This method can be more comprehensive and accurate to capture the linkage error of auto-body stamping, and displays it on autobody model. The error sources can be easily diagnosed through observing the linkage. Compared with the present correlation analysis method, this method has obvious advancement and practicability.
