摘要
采用离子隔膜电解法制备了甲基磺酸亚锡,探讨了电流密度、体系温度、电解液浓度和搅拌速率各试验因素对电解过程的影响规律.通过单因素试验得出了各因素的最佳值:甲基磺酸浓度1mol/L,电流密度4A/dm2,体系温度30℃,搅拌速率230r/min.该工艺操作简单、无毒、无害、无三废排放,产品产率高,是一种环境友好的绿色工艺.
The production of stannous methanesulfonate by electrolysis with the use of diaphragm cell was introduced and the influence by the current densith, temperature, electrolyte concentration, and stirring rate of the electrolytic process was investigated. The optimal value of each factor was obtained through single-factor test: electrolyte concentration l mol/L, current densith 4A/dm^2, system temperature 30℃, stirring rate 230r/min. The process is simple, non-toxic, harmless, non-waste emissions and high yield. It is an environmentally beneficial process.
