With the further improvement of social system,labor relations have been showing a trend of diversified development.The establishment of harmonious labor relations is one very important research topic for current and future period.It can directly express one country or one region‘economic development level.So this article do an indepth study and exploration on the current monitoring of labor and social security problems,the formation of labor and social security to monitor the problem and how to play a major factor in labor security supervision harmonious labor relations, in order to provide reference for building a harmonious labor relations.
