高等教育大众化的实现,使社会对高等教育的关注由"入学难"转向了"就业难",这一问题的出现凸显了"就业指导"在高等教育中的功能和作用,同时"就业指导"在普及过程中也出现了一些深层次的问题。本文试图从理论和实践视角分析产生就业指导工作存在的问题,采取相应的对策与措施,更好地改进就业指导服务工作水平。
