当前中国政府职能的转变,应致力于以下几个方面。首先,强化政府的宏观管理职能,同时弱化政府的微观管理职能;其次是要合理划分政府的行政职能,进一步理顺中央和地方、政府和企业、政府与市场等关系;第三是转化政府的社会管理职能,积极发展中介组织,从而改变政府深陷复杂社会事务管理的局面。

To transform the current Chinese government functions, work must be done in the following aspects. First, to strengthen the government＇s macroscopic management function and to weaken its microscopic management function. Second, divide the government＇s administrative functions reasonably and rationalize the relations between enterprises, government and market. Third, transform the government＇s social management function and develop the intermediary organizations actively, so as to pull the government out of the management of the complicated social affairs.
