摘要
职业技术教育体系为台湾产业结构升级提供人力资源保障。一是职业技术教育的专业结构与产业结构实现了动态吻合,保证了产业结构升级对人力资源的动态需求。二是建教合作的职业技术教育制度为产业升级提供合适的技术人才。三是定位的职业教育与职业证照制度为产业升级提供多种层次的技术人才。
Vocational and technical education system has provide human resources assurance for industrial structure upgrading of Taiwan. Firstly, the specialty structure of vocational and technical education has achieved dynamical matching with industrial structure, and assured dynamic demand of human resources of industrial structure upgrading. Secondly, the vocational and technical education system of cooperation of construction with teaching has provided suitable technical talents for industrial upgrading. Thirdly, the right orientation of vocational education and vocational certificate system has provided multi-level technical talents for industrial upgrading.
