高职学生个体就业责任承担现状的调查研究

Investigation and Study on the Situation of Higher Vocational College Students Assuming Their Employment Responsibilities

促进高职学生就业需要高职学生个体从"了解就业现状"、"个人能力准备"和"获取就业信息"等三个方面承担责任。不同性别、生源地、家庭背景的高职学生在这三个维度上的表现也有所差异。因此,应该有针对性地引导不同的高职学生群体去承担各自的个体就业责任。

In order to boost employment, higher vocational college students themselves should assuming responsibilities from three aspects： ＂realizing the actuality of employment＂, ＂cultivating employment abilities＂ and ＂collecting employment information＂. The investigation found that higher vocational college students come from different area and family and of different gender manifest marked difference in above three dimensions. Therefore, higher vocational colleges should provide pertinent guidance to different student group, and guide them to assume their own employment responsibility.
