Study on Contemporary Teachers' Cultural Situation

教师文化反映的是教师的基本精神风貌和工作作风,在我国经济社会转型期冲击下的教师文化,由于教师滞后的教育理念,保守的价值取向,单向、线性、静态的行为模式,被动、服从、自在的生存方式,使得教师文化出现了严重的危机与缺失。

Teachers＇ culture has reflected the basic spirit status and working style of teachers. Struck by economic and social transformation, because of obsolete educational view, single, lineary and static behavioral model, passive, obedient and comfortable survival model, there appeared serious crisis and shortages in teacher culture.
