中等职业学校新任教师专业成长现状调查及影响因素分析 被引量:5

摘要 问卷调查发现,中等职业学校新任教师专业动机产生的内在条件和外在条件都存在一定问题;多数新任教师的发展意识不强,在专业理念方面处于初步发展阶段;新任教师认识到了专业知识和专业能力提高的重要性,但职业学校为其准备的专业能力提升平台不够畅通。从教师自身因素和组织环境因素两方面分析,缺乏职业生涯规划、教育政策关注较少、学校管理体制和氛围不佳、社会公众期望和认可度低、学生素质较差等是造成这些问题的重要原因。 Questionnaire investigation show that, there exist some problems in the inherent conditions and outside conditions of professional motives development in new secondary vocational school teachers; the development sense of most new teachers aren't strong, and their professional view is at beginning development phase; new teachers recognized the importance of enhancing professional knowledge and professional abilities, but vocational schools haven't built professional ability development platform for them. Analyzing from the two aspects of teachers themselves and environment, the lack of professional career planning, educational policy haven't paid attention to, school management mechanism and atmosphere, low social expectation and recognition and student quality are main factors influencing professional development of new teachers.
