摘要
农民对子女的职业教育选择具有理性,中等职业教育遭遇困境的深层原因是社会结构的变迁导致其办学功能发生了从地位教育到生存教育的蜕变,从而与受教育者个体的利益诉求产生落差。要破解困境,需要尊重受教育者的个人利益,增进个人职业教育选择的制度安排,增强中等职业教育发展的内驱力,实现从设计模式到内生模式的转变。
Farmers' choice towards vocational education for their children are rational, and the deep cause result the predicaments of secondary vocational education are the changes of social structure which evoked the function change of school running from status education to survival education that causes large gap with individual interest appealing of the edueatee. In order to solve the predicaments, it is need to respect the individual interest of the edueatee, improve the system arrangements of personal choice to vocational education, strengthen the inner driving of vocational education and realize the change from design model to inner model.
