美国生涯与技术教育硕士研究生教育起步早、发展快,以其培养方式灵活多样和管理严格著称,且有完善的质量评估保障机制。我国职业技术教育学研究生教育起步较晚,对硕士研究生的培养仍处于探索阶段。借鉴美国的经验,我国职业技术教育学硕士研究生培养应明确培养目标定位,确保生源质量,加强课程和导师建设,规范管理机制。

The Aierican career and technical education starts early and develops rapidly. It is tamous for its diversified cultivating patterns, strict administrationand optimized quality evaluation mechanism. The master graduates＇ education of vocational education in China starts a little later, which is still at the exploration phase. Referring Ameriean experiences, the cultivation of master graduates of vocational and technical education in China should clarify objectives, assure the quality of student source, strengthen curriculum and teacher construction and regulate management mechanism.
