摘要
江苏技术师范学院汽车工程学院结合学校所承担的国家级中等职业学校骨干教师培训工作,根据德国教学模式和汽车专业培训的特点,在汽车专业培训中采用德国双元制教学体系、小班化教学方式、模块化教学方法、项目教学方法等,极大地提高了培训的效率与质量。
According to the characteristics of German teaching model and automobile specialty training,the automobile engineering specialty in Jiangsu Technical Teachers' College has applied the dual-teachingsystem, school grade teaching mode, modularized teaching method and project teaching method in thebackbone teachers training for secondary vocational schools, which has enhanced the training efficiencyand quality greatly.
