摘要
为了考察水力冲孔措施的卸压增透效果,以淮南矿业集团潘二矿11124工作面为试验点,通过考察水力冲孔单孔出煤量、冲孔前后抽采瓦斯体积分数、单孔抽采量以及冲孔前后钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度q等参数,分析了水力冲孔防突措施的卸压增透效果.实验结果表明,水力冲孔防突措施的卸压增透效果明显,抽采瓦斯体积分数由冲孔前的7.8%(平均)增至冲孔后的56.9%(平均),钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度也由冲孔前的24.2 L/m in(平均值)下降到冲孔后的2.28 L/m in,比原来下降90.57%.
In order to study the relief effect of hydraulic flushing, taking Huainan mining group Pan II mine 11124 face as the experimental point, pressure -relief and pe'rmeability incrpasing effect of hydraulic punching anti - outburst measures are examined by considering the coal amount of single - hole hydraulic flushing, the gas extraction volume fraction and single - hole extrattion, and the change of initial velocity of gas emission q before and after punching. The results Show that: The relief effect of conflict prevention measures in anti - reflective of hydraulic flushing is obvious. Exlraction gas volume fraction of the pre - flushing increases from an average 7.8% to an average of 56.9% after punching. The mean value 0. 029 5 m^3/min of gas emission of the early q alsos drop to 0. 085 7 m^3/min after hydraulic flushing, which drops 90.57% compared to the former.
