摘要
针对现代设备网格化维护中体系平台开放、互联以及维护目标动态散耦合的系统设计要求,提出一种解决异构设备在网格化开放平台上动态集成和透明访问的网关中间件设计新方法.该方法结合维护平台的开放性,采用信息交换协议和异构设备封装模板来实现维护目标向系统平台的动态耦合,同时解决维护目标数据交换接口的异构屏蔽问题.根据该方法,任意工业设备可以根据维护平台的信息交换协议和中间件封装模板对设备进行集成,从而实现协作化维护.
A novel way of gate middleware design is proposed to solve the problems of dynamic integration and collaborative maintenance on the grid open system framework for the heterogeneous production equipment and data processing resources, which enjoys open, interconnecting, dynamic coupling requirements for grid based maintenance of equipment. The information exchanging protocols and encapsulating patterns are accepted to carry out the dynamic coupling integration to the global system, and implement the uniform access to the heter-ogeneous data exchanging interfaces of the object equipment. Base on the proposed way, any kind of equipment can be integrated on the framework according to the information exchanging protocols and encapsulating patterns, then the collaborative maintenance can be implemented.
