摘要
在对东升公司锌挥发窑窑渣的物性进行深入分析基础上,确定了以干法磁选为主要选别方法的原则流程,对其中的铁和焦炭进行回收利用.干式选别方法的应用减少了流程中的水处理环节,简化了流程.实验采用多段磁选,弱磁选铁,强磁选炭的工艺流程,得到很好的选别效果,铁粉品位高达67.68%,回收率79.98%;焦粉含碳56.0%,回收率61.93%.此工艺有着潜在的工业应用价值.
The character of Dongsheng zinc volatile kiln slag is deeply analyzed. A flow of dry - magnetic - separation is confirmed to recycle Fe and C from the slag. Dry - separation makes no use of water, and simplifies the processing flow. Multi - stage magnetic separation is considered in the laboratory. High magnetic field is for coke, and low magnetic field for ferri - mineral. 79.98% Fe is recycled with 67.68% Fe in ferri - concentration, and 61.93% C is recycled with 56.0% C in coke. This technology has a potential value for industrial applications.
