针对当前"土木工程施工"课程教学中存在的多方面问题,为提高课程的教学质量,满足建筑企业用人需求,提出"动态教学"方法,即教师动态备课、动态授课,学生动态学习,同时进行动态考核。实践证明,该方法具有较好的适用性,教学效果显著。

Based on the problems of civil engineering construction teaching, the dynamic-teaching method is raised to increase teaching quality and meet the employee needs of construction enterprise. The method covers dynamic preparing, lecturing, studying, and examining. It proves that the dynamic-teaching method is feasible, and the teaching result is remarkable.
