摘要
介绍了自由活塞发动机-发电机系统的结构设计和工作原理,详细分析了系统的工作过程,确定了系统整个工作循环的理论模型;在理论模型的基础上,对系统进行了工作过程仿真分析,并通过改变相关参数值研究参数变化对系统性能的影响规律。
The free-piston engine-generator combination is a new type of power system,in which the linear electric generator is directly powered by the free-piston engine, Due to the elimination of the crankshaft mechanism in free-piston engines,mechanical lossses is reduced a lot, so the efficiency of the system is increased. This paper presents the overall design and layout of the system,describes its principle of operation,analyzes detailedly its operating process,and establishes the numerical model of the full operating cycle of the system. Based on the numerical model established, the operating process of the system is simulated and investigated. By variating some interrelated parameters' value of the model ,the influence of the parameters' variation on the performance of the system is investigated.
