摘要
轨道交通车辆系统的轮对与轨道接触的踏面外形与车辆的运行安全性、动力学性能和轮轨本身的寿命有密切关系。为及时准确地掌握车轮轮对的运行状况,按照信号采集与控制、数据分析与处理、测试结果输出及显示的基本系统结构,综合应用USB接口及无线技术研制踏面外形快速测量装置。具体介绍有关的设计方案、硬件构成和软件设计,并对实际测试数据进行了分析。结果表明,测量装置工作稳定可靠,可以简化车辆检修时间,提高工作效率。
It has been widely recognized that the wheel-rail profile and its parameters has close relationship with the railway running performance and safety. In order to measure wheel profile shape accurately and quickly,tread profile measurement device need to be developed. The main structure, hardware solution and software scheme of the system, integrated with USB and wireless technology, are proposed and analyzed. The practical measured data analysis indieated that,the tread profile measurement device could reduce the measuring instrument appliance, obtain efficiency and reliability.
