摘要
在氧含量≤25μg/g、碳含量为26μg/g的495℃热对流钠中,对俄罗斯进口的CEFR过热器出口管10X2M焊接件及俄罗斯的入口管12X1M-国产304H焊接件进行了2 800 h的相容性试验研究,试验后分析测试了焊接件试样的平均腐蚀速率、微观腐蚀形貌、表面组分元素含量、力学性能以及断口形貌。结果表明,在本试验条件下两种焊接件试样与高温钠具有好的相容性。
The corrosion of the 10X2M weldment made in Russia for outlet pipe of CEFR super-heater and the weldment of Russia 12X1M with domestic 304HS. S. for inlet pipe were investigated in 495℃ thermal convection sodium for 2 800 hours, the oxygen concentration in sodium is ≤25μg/g, and carbon is 26μg/g . The measurement and analysis for corrosion rate, micro-corrosion morphologies, element contents at surface of the weldments, the mechanical properties and the morphologies of the rupture surface were performed after test. The results showed that the compatibility of the two weldments with high temperature sodium is good under these test conditions.
