摘要
利用超高压透射电子显微镜在500℃对两种不同成分的CLAM钢进行了小剂量的辐照实验,研究CLAM钢的辐照效应。发现在高能电子的辐照下,1号CLAM钢的微观结构发生了变化,产生了大量的位错环,研究了位错环形核和长大的规律;2号CLAM钢的微观结构也发生了变化,先产生位错环,而后形成了位错网络。
A new version of reduced activation ferritic/martensitic steel, i.e. China low activation martensitic (CLAM) steel, was irradiated by high energy electron at 500℃. Irradiation effects were investigated with high voltage electron microscope. The results indicate that dislocation loops nucleate and grow up on the dislocations and other sites in 1 # CLAM steel during irradiation. In 2 # CLAM steel, dislocation loops were also induced and then evolved to dislocation net.
