摘要 提出了基于电力电子系统集成概念的六相异步电机分组式变频调速系统。以SVPWM调制方法为例,讨论了六相异步电机分组式控制的实现。理论研究和仿真表明,为使电源的利用效率最高和产生的电磁转矩最大,应保证两套三相电源的相位差和两套绕组之间的空间夹角相等;但不用严格做到恒相位差同步,分组式逆变模块之间的通讯要求不高。因此六相异步电机的分组式控制是比较容易实现的,扩展开来,采用同样的思路也可以实现其它多相(3的倍数相)电机的分组式SVPWM控制。 A gang VVVF control system for six-phase induction motor was introduced based on power drive building blocks and system integration. As an example, SVPWM strategy for controlling the gang control system was discussed. Academic analysis and simulation results verify that, the phase difference between two input three-phase sources and the space angle of two stator windings should be equal to produce the highest source efficiency and electromagnetic torque. Because of low communication request among gang controller, it is easy to implement gang control for six-phase induction motor. With the same idea, the gang SVPWM control for other multi-phase (multiples of 3) motor could be realized.
