摘要
谐波电压水平是衡量供电质量的主要指标之一,多以GB/T 14549—93中的谐波电压限值作为评判依据。通过整理大量的现场实测数据,以总谐波畸变率为例,从3方面考察谐波电压限值的合理性。分析结果表明,我国各电压等级的谐波电压水平大体可控制在现行国标的限值之内,各重点行业的超标谐波源经治理后、谐波水平可降低到现行国标的限值之内并具有节能效益,尽管在一些地区电铁谐波水平较高,超出现行国标限值,但经过治理可降低到国标限值之内。
The harmonic voltage is one of the important indexes to evaluate the supply quality, and the harmonic voltage value in GB/T 14549 -- 93 is a common threshold. The total harmonic distortion rate as an example, the rationality of harmonic voltage threshold was evaluated from three aspects. The experimental results show that nearly all harmonic voltage level in our country can be controlled according to current GB standard. Over limited harmonic power can be decreased within the GB standard limitation for energy saving after management. Furthermore, the harmonic voltage of electrified railway can he managed to the limitation of GB standard although it is higher in some areas.
