黄香汤治疗慢性胃炎的临床研究

Clinical study of Huangxiang decoction in treating chronic gastritis

目的：观察黄香汤治疗慢性胃炎的临床疗效，并分析其中药物的药理作用机制。方法：400例慢性胃炎患者采用黄香汤治疗，观察其临床症状并定期进行胃镜检查。结果：黄香汤可有效改善临床症状，总有效率96．3％。结论：黄香汤治疗慢性胃炎疗效满意，其中有效药物成分可保护胃黏膜、调节胃肠功能。

Object： To probe into the action mechanism of treating chronic gastritis according to effective of Huang xiang decoction.Methods Huang xiang decoction was applied in treating 400 patients.We observed some clinical symptoms and had a gastroscopy in time.Results Huang xiang decoction had a quite clinical effection and the total effective rate was high up to 96.3%.Conclusion Huang xiang decoction had a good clinical effection on treating chronic gastritis.The effective medeine could protect gastric mucosa and adjust the function of intestines and stomach.
