XPS （ XML paper specification） is a fixed layout electronic document format promoted by the Microsoft, it can achieve the printing effect of ＂what you see is what you get＂. In this paper the structure and organisation form of XPS document are analyzed in detail, its glyphs part is anatornised in the form of parsing and implementing.
