摘要
采用非中性技术进步超越随机前沿模型,对中国29个省市1993—2004年生产性服务业的面板数据进行分析,其结果表明中国生产性服务业全要素生产率在1994—2004年间年均增长7.05%,其中技术进步率为6.04%,技术效率改善了1.01%。技术进步对TFP增长起主要作用,技术效率变化则对TFP增长起着补充作用。TFP增长对中国生产性服务业增长的贡献逐年降低,且东、中和西部地区生产性服务业TFP增长不均衡,但技术效率存在显著的收敛性,这对决策者在如何推进生产性服务业增长方面有一定的意义。
This paper uses stochastic frontier model for non-neutral technological progress and transcendence to analyze panel data for producer services industry for provinces in China during 1993-2004. It is found that total factor productivity (TFP) of the industry grew at an annual rate of 7.05% during the period, among which technological progress contributed 6. 04% and technological efficiency 1.01%. The former played a dominant role in the rise in TFP, while the latter a complementary one. The contribution of TFP growth to the growth of producer services decreased year by year, and TFP growth was unbalanced among the eastern middle and western regions. There was, however, significant convergence in technological efficiency. This can provide reference for decision-makers as to how to promote the growth of producer services industry.
