摘要
在目前形势下,经济社会发展相对落后的贵州省需要奋起直追,探讨新的思路,走出困境。新的发展思路的要点是:坚定地树立资本意识,明确贵州优势资源需要同国内国际资本市场紧密结合,切实地加大投资的力度;吸引优秀的人才到贵州共谋发展大业,并付之于行动,决不能仅仅是停留在文件上和一般的宣传口号上;明确树立贵州发展工业化的意识,坚持改革开放和创新,坚定地走新型工业化之路。
In the present situation, Guizhou Province, relatively backward economically and socially, needs to do all it can to catch up seeking new ideas and finding a way out of the difficult situation. The main points of the new ideas for development include ： firmly developing awareness of capital, making it clear that superior resources in Guizhou need to be combined with domestic and international capital markets and investment needs to be increased; absorbing excellent talent to engage in the great undertaking of development, and putting it into practice instead of paying it lip service; clearly raising awareness of industrialization in development canting out reform and opening up and innovation and keeping to the new path of industrialization.
