摘要
分析了"汽蚀"形成的原因以及对水泵运行所造成的危害,提出通过在水泵过流面刷涂乐泰防腐陶瓷涂料方法,有效的改变水泵叶轮和流道表面光洁度及硬度,达到减小水泵"汽蚀量"的目的,从而保证机组的优质运行,达到了节能降耗的效果。
The causes of cavitation erosion formation and harm to a water pump in operation were analyzed.Coating Letai anti-corrosion ceramic coating on flow passing surface of the water pump could change fineness and hardness of the pump impeller and flow passage.It could reduce cavitation erosion of the water pump,guarantee smooth running of the unit and achieve effects of energy saving and consumption reducing.
