摘要 冀东油田部分井是在φ139.7 mm老井眼开窗侧钻后采用φ73 mm油管完井,水窜后需要采用挤堵剂分段封堵,为此研究了一套超小直径分段挤堵管柱及配套工具,解决了挤堵管柱在φ62 mm超小井眼内顺利下入,高压挤堵剂挤堵后顺利解封起出等关键技术问题。介绍了该工艺管柱及其配套工具的结构、工作原理和主要技术参数。冀东油田G104-5CP26井的现场试验表明,该管柱及其配套工具满足了φ62 mm小井眼侧钻水平井分段挤堵施工要求,安全可靠。 In some wells in Jidong Oilfield, φ73 mm tubing is adopted for well completion ofφ139.7 mm window-cutting and sidetracking old-holes. When water channeling happens, squeezing and plugging agent is needed to plug the well section by section. A set of segmented squeezing and plugging pipestrings of super-small diameter and the matching tools were developed to solve the crucial technological problems such as the smooth tripping of the squeezing and plugging pipestring intoφ62 mm super-small holes and its smooth de-blocking and tripping out after high-pressure squeezing and plugging agent applied. The paper introduces the structural components, working mechanism and main technological parameters of the technical pipestring and its matching tools. The field test in Well G104-5CP26 in Jidong Oilfield shows that the pipestring and its matching tools satisfy the segmented squeezing and plugging requirement ofφ62 mm slim-hole sidetracking horizontal wells.
