摘要
目的评价薄层液基细胞学诊断人乳头瘤病毒感染在宫颈病变筛查中的诊断价值。方法薄层液基细胞学技术结合TBS系统对1120例标本进行细胞学分析,并将人乳头瘤病毒感染的诊断结果与聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术诊断结果进行对比分析。结果薄层液基细胞学技术结合TBS系统,其诊断的灵敏度为44.08%,特异度为99.28%,阳性预告值90.54%,阴性预告值91.87%,漏诊率55.92%,误诊率0.72%,尤登指数0.4336。结论薄层液基细胞学技术结合TBS系统对宫颈感染人乳头瘤病毒有一定的诊断率,但不够可靠。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of thinprep cytology test technology(TCT) for HPV infection in screening of cervical lesions. Methods 1 120 specimen were examined by using TCT combined with the bethesda systom(TBS), The results from TCT combined TBS were compared with those from technology of hybrid capture Ⅱ.Resuits The sensitivity of TCT combined TBS was 44. 08% and the specificity was 99.28%, the positive predictive value was 90. 54%, the negative predictive value was 91.87%, the positive likelihood ration was 55. 92%, and the missed diagnosis rate was 0.72 %, the youden index was 0. 4336. Conclusion The technology of TCT combined TBS has some accuracy rate of diagnosis for HPV infection. But it is not reliable yet.
